| If you cannot find the products you need in our database, you can send us inquiries by offering the structure information. Two kinds of inquiries are supported by our system: the first is you can use the JEM interface online by drawing the structure of the products directly, or by submitting the Smile String to JEM, which will generate the structure of the product by itself. The second is you can generate the Mol file of the product you need through ChemDraw, ISIS or other structure generating tools, and then submit it in the form of attachment. Inquiries could only be placed online, after submitting the structure information. Generally, the inquiry confirmation letter would be sent in 1 working day, and formal quotation would be sent in 5 working days, except for the synthetic chemicals or the complicated compound without mature synthetical routine, whose evaluations are time demanding. |
